Hot Desk

Does your company have more employees than desks or phones? The Devana PBX can be configured to follow each employee to another desk based on an Identification Code.

Music-On-Hold

Configuring the Music-On-Hold can be made very easy as soon as the tune is known and the .mp3 file is available. This tune can be modified at any time. Moreover, the Music-On-Hold tune can be defined based on the Called ID.

Pager

The Devana PBX supports the configuration of the Pager feature towards all internal phones. This functionality offers the users the possibility of defining a hunting number, that, when dialled, rings multiple extensions at once.

Analog and IP Phones

The Devana PBX is one of the most flexible communication solutions, having support for all analog phones and the high majority of IP Phones like Cisco, Polycom, Linksys, Lookit, Grandstream, etc. Devana supports MWI (Message Waiting Indicator) for all IP phones and uses special tones for analog phones to indicate such a message. The compatibility with analog phones is one of the main features of the Devana PBX, which brings down significantly the total cost of ownership.

Call Forwarding

The users can configure call forwarding rules towards internal extensions or external phone numbers.

Direct Inward Dial (DID) Numbers

The Devana PBX supports the feature of associating an external phone number to an internal extension.

VoIP-ready

SIP compatible

The Devana PBX comes preconfigured with a link towards the Devana VoIP network. The VoIP technology offers the company’s significant savings for international calls or towards other companies that are connected to the Devana VoIP network. The VoIP technology can be used inside your company as well, for example on a inter or intra-office basis. The internal communication costs can thus be eliminated.

Telecommuters

Devana supports the concept of telecommuting. This way, the employees can travel outside the office or between offices with an IP Phone (or a soft-phone) and keep their extension number with zero impact on the Devana PBX.
This way, an employee can answer his extension either from home or the hotel room as if he were present at his desk.

A.C.D. (Automatic Call Distribution) allows the routing of incoming calls to your Users/Agents in many different ways to facilitate your business needs:

1.      Ring all first to pickup gets the call

2.      Ring one person at a time in order

3.      Ring in order, with memory

4.      Ring who was least recently called

5.      Ring who has the fewest calls

6.      Ring at random person

Call Recording

The Devana PBX allows the automatic or preconfigured recording of calls towards or from a certain extension or for all extensions.

Fax to email

The Devana PBX allows an incoming fax call to be received, transformed in a .TIF file and forwarded to one or more email addresses.

Black Listed Numbers

The Devana PBX supports the definition of a list of blacklisted numbers. A black listed number is an administrator-defined number that is not allowed to be dialed.
