OneNumber enhanced
messaging platform supports a suite of services, including several core feature

VoiceMail
Our VoiceMail feature
bundle can be configured to provide several attractive classes of service that
emulate the basic and enhanced voicemail services telecommunications carriers
offer. It also provides the enhanced messaging capabilities subscribers are
started to demand - like email integration with any existing email client,
access via Web browser in addition to the traditional telephone interface.
FaxMail
With FaxMail, subscribers
can receive faxes through their OneNumber and determine if, where and when the
fax is printed. Faxes can be automatically printed via a fax number of the
subscriber's choosing, manually printed to a fax number entered by the
subscriber, or forwarded to an email address, whereby the fax will be converted
to a TIFF image that can be printed on any printer. This functionality
essentially eliminates the need for dedicated fax machine lines and it
minimizes privacy concerns associated with communal fax machines.
Unified Messaging
Subscribers with
Unified Messaging can retrieve and manage their voice and fax messages via any
telephone or computer with Internet access. OneNumber service is email-neutral,
so any email application on the market today - even one already in use by a
subscriber - can be configured to receive subscribers' messages.
Unified Communications
Subscribers can merge
all wired and wireless voice and fax communications devices into a single
unified telephone number. Subscribers can program their calls to try a
list of telephone numbers until the call is answered or the list is
exhausted and the caller is prompted to leave a message. Subscribers can access
their mailbox via the telephone or an internet enabled computer to listen to
messages, print faxes and customize their mailbox settings.
